Each home or office is custom priced in the presence of the client to ensure our cleaning will meet your needs and budget. Dust window sills & ledges. Dust louvered doors & mini-blinds. Picture frames dusted. Cobwebs removed. Lamps dusted. Dust furniture, woodwork, shelves & baseboards. Vacuum carpets or wash floor. Wash and dry wood floors. Vacuum furniture including under seat cushions. Empty and clean ashtrays & wastebaskets (all waste baskets are replaced with a new liner). KITCHENS Clean appliances, counters, cabinets, table & chairs. Clean, scrub and sanitize sinks. Countertops & backsplashes cleaned and sanitized. Clean range tops. Top of refrigerator & appliance exteriors cleaned. Clean inside & outside of microwave ovens. Wash floor (wax if requested by client). BATHROOMS Clean, sanitize and deodorize.
