>What will
Executive Interior do in my house or apartment?
Our free on-site estimate allows us to better understand your
cleaning needs and expectations. Our service includes dusting
baseboards, pictures, lampshades, knick-knacks, window sills,
furniture, and basic light fixtures, and vacuuming throughout.
Cupboard fronts are spot-cleaned, floors are washed, and the
kitchen and bathrooms are cleaned. We will try our best to
accommodate all your cleaning needs in your apartment, house or
office space.
>At
what time will the Executive Interior arrive at my house or business?
Our normal work days are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m. While in most cases it is not possible to give a specific
time to be at your home, we will make every effort to meet your
schedule.
>Our
office cleaning appointments are usually scheduled after 6:00
PM. Do I have to do anything before the cleaning of my
apartment or house?
In order to give you the greatest value, we ask you to take a
few minutes the night before to pick up clothing, toys and other
household items off the floor of your home or apartment. Also we
recommend, and our maids will feel more comfortable, if you put
anything of value into a safe place.
>What
if something is damaged when my home is cleaned?
We treat your home with the greatest care; however, should damage
or breakage occur while we are cleaning your home, we will make
every effort to have the item repaired or replaced.
>Am
I potentially liable for worker's compensation insurance or taxes?
Many homeowners are not aware of their potential personal liability
for work-related injury and social security taxes for independent
home-service workers. Executive Interior
Maintenance employees are fully insured and the
homeowner is not responsible for any social security taxes.
>Do
I need to provide any janitorial supplies or equipment?
For your convenience, equipment and normal janitorial supplies are provided
by Executive Interior Maintenance.
However, if you prefer that we use yours, please let us know in
advance.
>Do
I have to be home when the maid arrives?
Most of our customers choose not to be. For security, only the professionals
who clean your home have access to the keys. For added security,
keys are coded individually and cross-referenced separately. If
you choose not to provide a key, and we are unable to access your
home for a scheduled cleaning, you may incur a lock-out charge.
>What
if my cleaning service falls on a holiday?
If your scheduled cleaning falls on the observance of a major
holiday, your cleaning service will be re-scheduled to the next available
business day.
>What if I need to cancel or postpone my scheduled service?
You will need to call us directly (not the service professional/maid) with at least 48 hours notice. Any information like questions, inquiries, requests, changes, and preferences MUST be made directly to an Executive Interior Maintenance representative so she/he can officially record everything in our systems to assure a high standard of on-time service.
